Free Man

Out on bail for a felony posession charge, legendary 45 Grave and Germs drummer Don Bolles recently made an appearance on ViceTV's "Dos, Don'ts, and Friends." Some background: Don was recently arrested in Orange County for possession of GHB (I find it difficult to believe Don Bolles is a date rap enthusiast) that was allegedly discovered in his container of Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap.

Arguing that "The notion that anyone would put GHB in a rinse-off liquid soap product is beyond belief, and the police field test used must have been flawed or tampered with," the maker of the soap, Dr. Bronner's, are paying for Don Bolles' legal defense. President David Bronner adds, "We cannot imagine anyone putting GHB, or any other drug for that matter, into a rinse-off soap product that is lathered and rinsed off the body immediately. The Newport Beach police should see how much of a buzz putting beer in their shampoo gives them, and get a grip and apologize on their hands and knees to Mr. Bolles." I don't know what yer politics are, but I personally sleep better at night knowing the American Justice system is working tirelessly to jail the innocent. Appropriate use of tax dollars, no?

The homegirl Michelle also reported a Bolles sighting the other day on Sunset Blvd. Good to see you out and about Don!
